‘Chilled’ Red – Pinot Filed Blend (6 x 250ml)
A Somerset field blend of 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from Mayland Vineyard. The grapes are co-fermented naturally with wild yeasts and aged for one year.
Description A light English red that shows off Somerset’s terroir. Made with minimal intervention, this wine features deep pink hues and fresh aromas of redcurrant, cranberry, and summer fruits.
Taste Light-bodied and dry with balanced acidity. Offers fresh summer fruit flavors layered with subtle notes of smoke and earth. Best served slightly chilled at 15°C.
Food Pairing Works beautifully with grilled vegetables and charcuterie. The wine’s natural acidity makes it a versatile food partner.
