
🌱 It’s officially summer here at Nania’s Wildbrew Kombucha and to celebrate, we’d like to invite you to come and join us for one of three unique afternoons / evenings filled with fermentation knowledge and practice.
🐓 We are opening up our allotment Vineyard here in Montpelier, Central Bristol for three very special evenings in June and we’re calling it “NANIA’S & FRIENDS SUMMER SERIES”
Alongside James Bayliss-Smith chief Kombucha brewer, allotment Vigneron and founder of Nania’s – each week we will be joined by a different special guests who will share their wide knowledge about fermentation with you.

💰 Each workshop is priced at £75 per person so just choose which week works best for you.
🕒 The sessions will run from 3pm – 8pm and include a Kombucha workshop, sourdough pizza dinner, and a talk with our guests about different ferments. They will be very informal and free wheeling with lots of opportunity for questions and discussion. The rough plan is as follows:
🍹 (Part 1) Welcome drink / Kombucha sampling / Vineyard and Kombucha Micro Brewery tour.
🫖 (Part 2) Kombucha making workshop. Learn all about authentically brewing Kombucha, continuous brew vs batch brew, properly brewing tea and successfully making Kombucha at home. We will run through our unique barrel fermentation process and send you home with a Kombucha mother culture so you can carry on brewing in the comfort of your home.
🍕 (Part 3) Dinner! James will give a sourdough pizza lesson and pizza making workshop with an allotment wine tasting. We will eat pizza cooked in our wonderful cob pizza oven and drink wine made from our allotment grapes. I’ll teach you everything you need to know about sourdough pizza making at home and we will equip you with our workflow to make absolutely banging pizza in your home oven. You’ll also leave with some of my sourdough starter so you can continue your practice at home.

After dinner we’ll sit down around the fire pit and talk fermentation with one of our special guests mentioned above, a different legend each week who will demo and talk about a ferment they love,
