Description
6 cans of our low-intervention skin-contact white wine made with 100% Bacchus grapes grown deep in the Malvern Hills. The grapes underwent a 17-day carbonic maceration, were fermented naturally with wild yeasts, and then left to develop naturally for a year. The resulting wine is a food-friendly orange (or amber) wine with tropical fruit notes. Serve slightly chilled for maximum enjoyment!
